However, lead counsel, Stephen Rehfuss, successfully demonstrated through compelling evidence that the plaintiff’s injury occurred prior to the arrest, when he forcibly entered his girlfriend’s home. The jury, after careful consideration, returned a verdict in favor of the defendants in less than an hour.
