Stephen Rehfuss achieved the successful dismissal of the Troy Housing Authority (THA) from a federal lawsuit. The victory came after rigorous opposition to amendments to the complaint sought by Plaintiff’s attorney.
Rehfuss opposed the amendments on multiple grounds, and following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff’s attorneys agreed to dismiss the claim against the THA. This strategic maneuver by Rehfuss not only achieved the goal of removing the THA from the lawsuit, but one of its employees.
