Yuna Daniella Midani, Esq., is a first-generation law graduate from Seoul, South Korea. She is a graduate of the Catholic University of America (Magna cum laude), majored in International Politics and French, and Albany Law School (Magna cum laude). She is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at numerous international organizations and legislative bodies, including United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland, House of Commons in the United Kingdon, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Brussels, Belgium, and New York State Assembly. She concentrated her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, competition, labor, and human rights. She has represented elected officials and law enforcement. While in law school, Yuna served as the Symposium Editor for Albany Law Review of Science & Technology. Her law review note, “Analyzing Effects of Climate Change on European Union’s Wine Regulations through the Prism of Bordeaux’s Wine Industry,” was published in Volume 34 of the Albany Law Review of Science & Technology.
