Abigail W. Rehfuss, Esq., is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland and Albany Law School. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association.
While in law school, Abigail served as the Managing Editor for Submissions for the Albany Government Law Review. In 2015, her article, The Domestic Use of Drones and the Fourth Amendment, was published in Volume 8, Issue I of the Albany Government Law Review. At Loyola, Abigail was a Division I All-American lacrosse player and received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Writing and Philosophy.
