Echo E. Kischuk grew up in Dutchess County, New York and earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Dutchess Community College. While pursuing her degree, she began her legal career as an intern at a law firm specializing in litigation, particularly in plaintiff personal injury and taxation. After graduation, she transitioned into a full-time paralegal role at the firm. Echo later relocated to the Capital Region, where she broadened her legal experience across various sectors. Her background includes estate planning and administration, personal injury defense with a focus on school district and municipal liability, and plaintiff personal injury involving automobile accidents and medical malpractice. She also gained valuable public sector experience working with the Saratoga County Treasurer’s Office, collaborating closely with the County Treasurer and County Attorney on foreclosure matters.
